What's free, and what do I pay for?
Building, editing and previewing are free. To download a polished PDF or DOCX, you buy a one-time pack — pay once, no subscription.
Do I need to cancel anything?
No. Packs are one-time purchases — there is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Do you offer refunds?
One-time packs are non-refundable once your features are unlocked — but if you haven't downloaded a PDF or DOCX yet, reply to your receipt within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Once you download, the pack is yours to keep.
What happens to my CVs after I use my pack?
Your CVs and account stay yours. Everything you created stays saved and editable — a pack only adds capacity and features on top of the free plan.
Can I buy another pack later?
Yes. You can buy another pack at any time if you need more CVs or features — you only ever pay for what you need.
