Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes one click in your account settings. No phone calls, no emails to write.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — monthly, quarterly, and annual charges are fully refundable within 7 days if you have not downloaded a PDF or DOCX. The $1.95 trial setup fee is not refundable; cancel before day 7 to avoid the monthly renewal.
Will I be reminded before being charged?
Yes. We email you a reminder 2 days before the first charge after your trial ends, and 2 days before each renewal.
What happens to my CVs if I cancel?
Your CVs and account stay. You can keep editing and previewing for free; you just lose PDF/DOCX downloads and AI features until you resubscribe.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Switch between monthly, quarterly, and annual at any time from your account settings. Switching is prorated.
