1. Use of Services

CV Pro Maker provides tools to create, edit, and download resumes. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Creation

While no account is required to start building a resume, an account is necessary to save and download your resume. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

3. Payment and Access

Access to download your resume requires a one-time purchase of downloads. Downloads are shared across all your CVs and do not expire. Editing and previews remain free forever. All products are delivered digitally (PDF, DOCX, TXT), and no physical goods are shipped. Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your location. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment. We may grant refunds in cases such as accidental purchase, duplicate charge, or verified technical issue that prevents access to downloads. If files were successfully downloaded, refunds are generally not available.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Site are owned by CV Pro Maker and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using our services. However, by using our platform, you grant CV Pro Maker a non-exclusive license to use your content to provide our services. CV Pro Maker helps you prepare CVs, but we do not guarantee interviews, employment, or hiring outcomes.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the Site, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of Liability

CV Pro Maker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

12. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.

International Users

If you access or use the service from outside Estonia, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your local laws and regulations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

14. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, the courts of Estonia will have exclusive jurisdiction.
